Screen Print

If your design consists of 1 or 2 colors, then screen printing may be the best option for you.

Screen printing is a traditional printing method that's still widely used for a variety of reasons, including:

  • Vibrant colors: Screen printing produces rich, vivid colors, even on darker fabrics.
  • Durable: Screen printing ink is thick and durable, and can withstand repeated washing and exposure to the elements.
  • Cost-effective: Screen printing is cost-efficient for large print runs, as setup costs are relatively low compared to other printing techniques.
  • Versatile: Screen printing can be used on any type of material, including flat or curved surfaces.
  • Strong adhesion: Screen printing has a stronger adhesion level than other methods.
  • Resistant to changes: Screen printing designs are not affected by changes in sunlight or temperature.
  • Tactile quality: The ink or paint lies in layers on the surface of the fabric or paper, which gives the print a tactile quality.
  • Reproducibility: The same stencil can be used to replicate a design again and again.
  • Specialty finishes: Screen printing inks are ideal for designs that incorporate neon colors or require specialty finishes.

Direct-to-Film (DTF)

DTF printing was developed as a way to address the limitations of traditional printing methods like screen printing and heat transfers. It's a method for transferring digital designs onto fabrics and other materials. Some of its advantages include:

  • Vibrant and detailed prints: DTF allows you to create custom apparel and other projects with excellent color accuracy and detail.
  • Durable results: Designs last a long time and are suitable for various material types.
  • Cost-efficiency: Eliminates the need for third-party printing services.
  • Design freedom: Offers complete creative control with various colors, patterns, and textures.
  • Versatility: Can deliver prints on cotton, polyester, blends, and performance fabrics of any color.

We have 2 large format Direct-to-Film printers.  We chose the Digital Heat FX 24H4 Commercial printer that can print up to 300+ prints per hour per machine.  The press time for our prints are about 10 seconds.  No order is too big for us to handle.  Click the link below to read more about DTF.

Pick & Pack Shipping

In addition to our warehousing service, our team can fulfill your customers orders with our Pick & Pack Shipping Service.

Blind shipping is a shipping method that hides the original source of a product from the end customer. In this method, the shipping label and documents show the address of the intermediary or third party, instead of the sender's details. Here are some reasons why blind shipping is used:

  • Protect supplier confidentiality: Blind shipping is often used to protect the identity of suppliers.
  • Drop shipping: Blind shipping is a common practice in the drop shipping industry, where companies mask their third-party status.
  • Maintain a competitive edge: Blind shipping can be useful for ecommerce businesses to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Hands-off approach: Blind shipping provides a hands-off approach to running an ecommerce business, as the supplier takes care of shipping orders.
